I’m Kevin Caldwell, a CBT practitioner and belief-focused therapist based in Dallas, TX.
I work with people who’ve already done the surface-level work and still feel stuck. Not because they haven’t tried hard enough, but because the belief underneath the behavior hasn’t been challenged.
My approach, Project Me, is built on a simple premise: what you believe about yourself quietly shapes everything else. Together, we identify and dismantle the beliefs that were formed early, reinforced often, and rarely questioned.
This work is collaborative, direct, and designed for lasting change, not temporary relief.
I bring over two decades of experience working in high-pressure environments, from faith communities to corporate spaces, as a speaker, author, and coach. That experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room: present, perceptive, and focused on what’s actually true for you.
